Consultation Fees
We offer an initial fixed-fee consultation to review your circumstances and advise you on the best course of action. This includes a discussion of your options, likely outcomes, and next steps.

Immigration Legal Fees – General Information
The figures below are estimates. Fees may vary depending on factors such as the complexity, urgency, volume of documentation, and location of your matter. We will always provide a clear fee quote at the outset tailored to your circumstances.
If unexpected complications arise that may affect your fees, we will notify you immediately and agree next steps with you before continuing.
Government Fees & Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
Our legal fees do not include Home Office application charges or the IHS, which are paid directly to the UK Government and vary depending on your visa type. We will advise you of the applicable amounts when you instruct us.

Please Note: All fees are exclusive of VAT at 20%, unless the matter is VAT-exempt (e.g. certain asylum or human rights cases).
Disbursements such as barristers’ fees, interpreters, translations, expert reports, or travel costs are not included and will be discussed with you in advance.
