At Broad Street Solicitors, our immigration team offers expert advice and tailored solutions for individuals, families, and businesses dealing with UK immigration matters. Whether you’re applying for a visa, challenging a Home Office refusal, or seeking settlement or citizenship, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

We combine legal knowledge with human wisdom to help clients achieve long-term outcomes—not just legal wins. Our advice is practical, honest, and always focused on your best interests.

Consultation Fees

We offer an initial fixed-fee consultation to review your circumstances and advise you on the best course of action. This includes a discussion of your options, likely outcomes, and next steps.

  • Consultation Fee: £100 – £250 (plus VAT, where applicable)

Immigration Legal Fees – General Information

The figures below are estimates. Fees may vary depending on factors such as the complexity, urgency, volume of documentation, and location of your matter. We will always provide a clear fee quote at the outset tailored to your circumstances.

If unexpected complications arise that may affect your fees, we will notify you immediately and agree next steps with you before continuing.

Government Fees & Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)

Our legal fees do not include Home Office application charges or the IHS, which are paid directly to the UK Government and vary depending on your visa type. We will advise you of the applicable amounts when you instruct us.
